Zimbabwe covers 390,757 km² on the new Equal Earth world map, 0.3% of all land on Earth. It ranks 61st of 237 countries worldwide and 26th in Africa. At 19° latitude Mercator only inflates Zimbabwe by about 12%, so the old and new maps largely agree on it, unlike the far north where Mercator's stretch is dramatic.
For scale, Zimbabwe is roughly the same size as Norway (386,224 km²).
You could fit 3 of Cuba inside Zimbabwe.
